ANZAC Day 2007 at Penshurst RSL

Penshurst RSL commemorated ANZAC Day 2007 last Sunday, 22nd March, 2007. A dedication was performed at the front of the club, followed by a march along the length of Penshurst Street. In a show of respect to our fallen, Penshurst RSL Rugby League was represented by about 30 Mini and Mod footballers. Our contingent was led in the parade by Syd White, President of Penshurst RSL, and club director, Graeme Hemopo, who is also a Life Member of the football club.
