Notice is hereby given of the Penshurst RSL Junior Rugby League Football Club's 2018 Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held at Penshurst RSL, 58a Penshurst Street Penshurst on 14th November 2018 at 7.00pm.
All positions will be declared vacant on the night and will be subject to election. Nominations for positions must be on the clubs approved form (linked below) and forwarded to the Club Secretary by 11.59pm on Wednesday the 7th November either in person or via email as per the instructions on the form.
In the absence of any nominations for a particular position nominations will be sort from the floor at the AGM.
The following positions are up for election.
Executive Committee -
President, Senior Vice President, Junior Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer.
General Committee -
Social Secretary, Publicity Officer, Junior Development Officer, Head Coach, Registration Officer, First Aid Officer, Canteen Manager, Gear Steward, Raffle Co-ordinator, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Registration Officer, Assistant Treasurer, Sponsorship Co-Ordinator.
