Penshurst RSL Rugby League is in mourning for the loss of one of its founding fathers – Rex Notley - who passed away last Friday, 19th November. Rex helped kick off our club way back in 1961 and he & another of our founders – Kevin O’Brien – were the first recipients of Life Membership of the club in 1971.

Rex’s funeral service will be held within the South chapel of the Wornora crematorium Sutherland, Wednesday 24th Nov commencing at 1pm. He was the beloved husband of Dot (deceased), loving father of Christina, John, Peter and Chris and the cherished pop and loving great-grandfather of many.
