Penshurst RSL Rugby League’s 2004 season culminated last Saturday night at the Green and Gold presentation. Held in Penshurst RSL’s Auditorium, this year’s Green & Gold brought the entire club together to honour and reward the efforts of our players and officials. The highlight of the evening was the awarding of the club’s highest honour, the Kevin O'Brien "Obie" award, to long serving club official, Max “Slapsie” Simmons (pictured). - The presentation of Life Membership to 3 three long serving members - Graeme Hemopo, Tony Grimaldi and Ken Harris
- Hard working Social Secretary, Debby Lee, was named Clubperson of the Year
- The culmination of a successful season for the under 11s when their coach Paul Walsh was named Coach of the Year
