Evatt Park Closed - Wed 1st & Thur 2nd April Wednesday, 01 April 2009 All fields in the Hurstville City Council area have been closed for use until Friday morning, 3rd April. This includes HV Evatt Park which means that NO training is possible on Thursday evening. Council will reassess the fields on Friday morning to determine if games can be played on them this weekend. Stay tuned.   Draw - Week 01.2009 (05-06 Apr) Tuesday, 31 March 2009   It's on again this winter...the footy is back as Penshurst RSL's rugby league teams take the field this weekend in the first round of games for the 2009 season. On Saturday, all of our Mini and Mod teams are on the road, playing at various venues around the district. On Sunday, all of our International teams (except the A grade) are at home at HV Evatt Park. PLEASE NOTE changes to the draw, venue and timings for the under 10s, 11s and 12s. Please note: At all home games, supporters of each team are required to help in the canteen and on the BBQ in the hour prior to your team's game. Please give your time as these are important fund raisers for the club and for your child. NB: 2009 marks the return of Penshurst RSL's A grade team after an absence of more than 5 years. As with all St George A grade teams, we will competing in the Cronulla-Sutherland competition.
